Dopo qualche mese dal rilascio ufficiale di Android Marshmallow da parte di Google, Samsung ha finalmente dato il via al roll out di Android 6.0 per i suoi dispositivi a partire dalla settimana scorsa; fino ad ora, l’azienda ha privilegiato la distribuzione sui Galaxy S6 e S6 edge in Corea del Sud.
Ad ogni modo, pare che l’aggiornamento sarà presto rilasciato per i due flagship di Samsung anche in altri mercati. Ad averlo accennato è stato l’operatore telefonico T-Mobile Polonia facendo intendere di voler rendere disponibile tra non troppo tempo l’ultima major release dell’OS mobile di Google per i due dispositivi sopracitati della sua linea.
Per la precisione, l’operatore telefonico ha pubblicato un post su Twitter dicendo che Android Marshmallow è in dirittura d’arrivo per i suoi Samsung Galaxy S6 e Samsung Galaxy S6 edge. Nonostante ciò, sembra che il rilascio non sia ancora iniziato, infatti, lo stesso T-Mobile, rispondendo alla domanda di un utente chiedendo una prova tangibile del rilascio, ha risposto che lo avrebbe fatto presto.
Insomma, Samsung ha deciso di farsi attendere, ritardando il rilascio di Android Marshmallow per i suoi dispositivi. Ricordiamo che il colosso sudcoreano ha solamente iniziato la fase di testing dell’aggiornamento negli Stati Uniti la settimana scorsa, con un’anteprima limitata per Samsung Galaxy Note 5 dell’operatore AT&T; stesso è accaduto in UK qualche settimana fa per Galaxy S6 ed S6 edge.
Samsung non naviga in buone acque, soprattutto in Europa, e la lentezza con cui rende disponibili gli aggiornamenti sui propri dispositivi le ha causato più di qualche problema. Di recente, l’azienda è stata citata in giudizio in Olanda, con l’accusa di avere una pessima gestione degli aggiornamenti dei sui smartphone Android, richiedendo una maggiore attenzione proprio in questo senso.
